How it
works
More than just numbers, your results provide actionable insights to help you train smarter, avoid side effects, and stay in peak condition.
HOW TESTING WORKS
Testing your testosterone levels at home is quick and straightforward.
Using the kit, you take a small finger-prick blood sample and post it to our partner lab using the prepaid packaging provided.
Your sample is analysed by a UK-accredited laboratory to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Once your results are ready, you’ll get secure access to your online dashboard, where you can view your results in full.
Your report includes:
- Total Testosterone - the overall level in your blood
- Free Testosterone - the active form your body uses

How Often To Test
Knowing when to test is just as important as knowing what to test.
Whether you're tracking changes in your training, checking your baseline, or keeping an eye on your overall health, regular testing helps you stay informed and make better decisions.
Here’s a simple guide:
Start with your baseline
Check your baseline testosterone level so you have a clear starting point.
Track changes
Test again after changes to your training, diet, or lifestyle to see how your levels respond.
Check your recovery
If you've made significant changes, testing again helps you understand how your levels return to normal.
Ongoing monitoring
If you're on TRT or following a structured programme, testing every 3–6 months can help you stay within a healthy range. For general health, once or twice a year is usually enough.
Regular testing helps you stay informed and avoid unnecessary guesswork.
